Training

The program can be offered as a full 10-week program of weekly three hour workshops.  Alternatively, each of the three themes can be delivered as a separate program over 4 weeks. Numbers are limited to allow time for individual participation and small group discussion. Attendance at all sessions is encouraged but not compulsory. Each week participants have access to materials for extended study and optional tasks to practice in the workplace. There are regular opportunities for peer and self-reflection, along with competency-based assessment tasks, to provide participants with continuing feedback on their progress.

Coaching

Coaching provides an additional level of responsiveness to individual needs, challenges and aspirations.

Coaching generally involves a program of regular, one on one sessions.  Goals are negotiated in consultation between the individual and coach at the outset and a series of measurable outcomes agreed.

Six to twelve sessions will generally be arranged over a number of months with review points to check progress.
